Terms of Service

My goal is to provide excellent customer service with prompt shipping upon receipt of payment. The condition of each item is described in its listing, but if you want additional information, please contact me at matchboximpala@gmail.com with your questions.

SHIPPING - Unless otherwise requested, I use USPS for all shipping. Books, DVDs, and other media items are sent Media Mail rate (2-8 business days). Other items are sent Ground Advantage rate (2-5 business days). For some higher-cost items I will add signature confirmation -- this will be indicated in the listing.

I ship to the address that PayPal has on record for you, so please check when you are ordering that your address is correct and current. If an item is returned to me by the post office as undeliverable, I will refund the cost of the item, minus my shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

All items are shipped within 2 business days, from the 94804 zip code (California).

PAYMENT - At this time I am only accepting PayPal payments.
